Sandwiches & Po-boys: 

Traditional New Orleans po-boy sandwiches start with famous Leidenheimer po-boy french bread, been around “since 1896”

The ingredients that go on a po-boy are virtually limitless, depending on one’s imagination: cold or hot roast beef with gravy, ham and cheese, fried seafood (oysters, shrimp, and catfish), La Bella’s hot sausage or meatballs - even French fries. When the New Orleans po-boy is “dressed”, the reference has nothing to do with fashion: “dressed” in New Orleans means that lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise are added; available Regular 6” or Large 10”

Build a Burger: 

Start with 1/4 lb. 85% Lean USDA Choice Ground Beef Burgers made to order but here are some suggestions! Bun or french bread.

  • Sriracha Burger: Delicious combo of sriracha spicy aioli, melted American cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickles on a sesame seed bun

  • Black & Bleu Burger: Sautéed and blackened mushrooms, caramelized onions, house-made Bleu cheese sauce and Bleu cheese crumbles.

  • Philly Steak Burger: Caramelized grilled onions & green peppers, topped with melted Provolone cheese

  • Chicken Cordon-Bleu: Grilled or fried chicken breast topped with ham, melted Swiss, lettuce, tomato.
